I didn't make it to Oktoberfest this year - considering that you really have to start planning 11months or so before, it was never going to be easy anyway - but I'm thinking that next year I'll be there (particularly because we have a conference in Munich the week after the end of Oktoberfest. Ah, happy timing!). And if I do make it there, the two things that I'll have to make sure are present are: beer garb and beer source.
