Apologies to all - Blogger (Frogger) had added comment moderation (default as on, notification email set to '') but neglected to tell me. So all your wonderful comments had slid into the backwaters that is the blog dashboard.
Since buterpants just notified me (got that Frogger? Notified me), I've now set it to more appropriate settings.
In other news, the all ordinaries are ordinary.
